This year our visually impaired art group has been exploring the theme of the forest. The result is a vibrant mix of paintings, clay work, tactile sculpture, and imaginative creations that invite you to see — and feel — the forest in a new way.
From Sue’s delicate leaf magnets and the playful Tactile Summer Maiden, to clay footprints that trace woodland journeys, symbolic Green Man figures, dynamic forest landscapes, and Stacey’s unforgettable spider tree.
the works are as varied as the woods themselves.

✨ Visitors are warmly encouraged to touch the artworks and explore them through texture and form. For many of us, progressive sight loss has inspired new directions in sculpture and 3D work — this exhibition celebrates those journeys.
We’d love you to join us in celebrating creativity, accessibility, and the beauty (and fragility) of our forests.
