Whisky
Explore an exceptional selection of whiskies from renowned distilleries, independent bottlers and artisan producers.
Your festival session gives you the chance to sample an incredible range of drams, discover new releases and hidden gems and, most importantly, speak directly to the people who make, bottle and represent them.
There’s no need to be a whisky expert. Come with an open mind, ask questions, try something new and discover whisky at your own pace.
Heritage
For 2027, Dundee’s Whisky Festival moves into the atmospheric surroundings of Verdant Works, a restored mill dating back to 1833 and one of Dundee’s great heritage spaces.
The venue tells the remarkable story of the city’s industrial past and its world-famous jute industry, making it a fitting backdrop for another story rooted in Scottish heritage and craftsmanship – whisky.
Alongside the historic surroundings, guests can experience traditional coopering demonstrations and discover more about the craftsmanship, people and stories behind Scotch whisky.
It’s the meeting of two great Scottish stories: Dundee’s remarkable industrial heritage and Scotland’s remarkable whisky heritage.
Wellness
Our festivals are about more than what’s in the glass. Through our Wellness strand, Slanj Events encourages connection, conversation and responsible enjoyment while using our events to support causes that matter to us.
We proudly support the My Name’5 Doddie Foundation, helping to raise awareness and funds for Motor Neurone Disease research and continuing the extraordinary legacy of Doddie Weir.
Come for the whisky. Discover the stories. Meet the people.
Different venue. Same Slanj spirit.
